Chronicling My Chronology

This is a blog that makes no promises and offers no reservations; but don't worry, it's not nearly as hostile as it sounds! In my 21 years I have found that I will always have many more questions than answers, and there are very few things that I claim to know with absolute certainty. One of those tidbits of knowledge is that every day we all find ourselves so burdened by expectations, rules and unspoken limitations that we begin to lose the essence of who we are and what each of our respective stories represent. This is what encouraged this blog as well as a fresh mindset for me personally. I have made it my priority to actively look around and always appreciate the present chapter of my life, and to remember that each of our stories unfold chronologically. Often we fall short of perfection, and unexpected factors try to mar our perspective (much like the giant truck in this picture). Yet, when we read books and novels we don't constantly flip back and dwell on the beginning, nor do we particularly stress about what lies ahead. We simply read word by word,  perhaps peeking back occasionally to make sense of something we don't understand, or chancing guesses about what might happen next, but regardless we read on and enjoy the process with an understanding that it won't all make sense until the end. This blog will share pieces of my story through photographs and essays all authentic and original (except the cute little typewriter at the bottom, I couldn't get rid of it!). I won't try to make sense of it all and I don't expect it to be perfect, but many of my discoveries, thoughts, wonderings, questions, etc. will be laid out here in all of their chaos!
